1. Assist and supervise the management and operation of the hotel on behalf of the company, and coordinate the interests between the hotel management and the owners; 2. Fully coordinate the friendly cooperation between the company and the hotel management company; 3. Promptly, completely, and accurately request and report important matters of the hotel to the company, and establish a sound request and report system; 4. Participate in decision-making on major business issues of the hotel, assist in managing the company's public relations, and create a good and safe operating environment for the hotel; 5. Review and evaluate the annual operating, salary, marketing, and other budget and final accounts reports drafted by the hotel's general manager, and regularly provide evaluation opinions to the company; 6. Other tasks specified in the hotel management contract.
1. Full time bachelor's degree or above, with a background in hotel management, tourism management, or related majors; 2. More than eight years of management experience in the preparation, opening, and operation of international five-star hotels; Familiar with hotel business operations, management, and professional knowledge; 3. Having strong organizational, coordination, and management skills for work; 4. Familiar with various policies and regulations in the hotel industry both domestically and internationally, and knowledgeable about industry development trends and trends.
