1. Responsible for the preparation and review of cost plans, organizing the monitoring of various project costs, and tracking and providing feedback on the cost implementation process of the project.2. Assist in developing project cost indicators, monitoring dynamic costs, and issuing warnings.3. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and accounting of project cost budgets.4. Responsible for calculating and preparing the full cost targets for each stage of the project.5. Familiar with various processes of public bidding, prepare bidding documents, and review bidding budgets.6. Responsible for on-site engineering change management, design changes, and review of project progress payments.7. Analyze and review engineering claims, and participate in negotiations.8. Responsible for organizing the preparation of various cost analysis reports and conducting analysis and argumentation, providing a basis for project decision-making.

1. I have over 8 years of work experience in cost management for commercial offices and projects. I have independently been responsible for the full process cost management of a complete commercial complex project. I have experience in cost management for no less than 2 large-scale commercial, public construction, hotel and other multi format projects. I am familiar with cost control processes and have the ability to optimize cost plans. I am able to independently analyze and calculate the overall project cost. My colleagues have a deep understanding of the material market and construction technology.2. Work experience in Longfor, Xuhui, Baolong, Xincheng, etc. is preferred.
