1. Based on the company's development strategy and store operation status, control the feasibility and effectiveness of the annual and phased plans and schedules of the departments under its jurisdiction; 2. Guide and coordinate the overall work of the departments under its jurisdiction, ensuring the implementation of various work plans and the achievement of business objectives;5. 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to management related majors such as enterprise management, financial management, marketing, human resource management, and business administration; 2. Priority will be given to those who have received training in management and art design related courses such as enterprise management, business management, marketing, etc; 3. 5 years or more of experience in operation and management of large commercial, shopping center, department store or real estate related industries, 5 years or more of experience in enterprise operation and management, and 1 or more experience in preparing commercial projects; 4. Having keen market insight, excellent project management skills, and innovative consciousness, familiar with national laws, regulations, and policies in the same industry and related markets; 5. Has excellent organizational leadership skills, analytical, judgmental, and expressive abilities, as well as strong team cohesion.
