On December 29th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yintai Agricultural and Tourism Town located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou - Chengnan Commercial Center was successfully held. This commercial center is not only an integral part and commercial supporting facility of Yintai Agricultural Tourism Town, but also the first project launched by the town, which has important strategic significance for the comprehensive implementation of agricultural tourism town construction in the local area. As the representative of the "152" Provincial and Municipal County Mayor Project in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, the groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Fang Wei, Deputy District Mayor of Xiaoshan District. It will be built into a leisure town with agricultural tourism elements as the theme, integrating ecological tourism, health vacation, quality life, healthy sports, and livable and business friendly. The town mainly includes a lakeside resort, a retirement center, a health and wellness college, an urban valley, a mountain sports camp, a mountain greenway, a field amusement park, a parent-child sports park, a commercial complex, and other contents. It will strive to create an international standard urban landscape sports and leisure tourism resort, as well as a healthy micro vacation destination that combines industry with livable health and wellness. Against the backdrop of actively promoting the renovation of the east entrance of Xiannv Lake in Daicun Town and relocating the old industrial area as a whole, Yintai Group and Yunnan Chengtou jointly invested in the construction of the Chengnan Commercial Center. The total planned land area of the commercial center is 83.17 acres, with a total construction area of 257000 square meters, of which the commercial area is nearly 90000 square meters and the total investment is about 2.4 billion yuan. It will be built into a southern commercial center and a diversified life center that covers various formats such as fashion department stores, lifestyle supermarkets, international cinemas, mass market KTVs, video game entertainment, children's theme parks, and domestic and foreign specialty catering brands.
