On April 27, 2023, the land auction of plot XC4-4-42 in Xingfu Road area, Xincheng District, Xi'an City, came to an end. Yintai Land Group, a subsidiary of Yintai Group, won the bid for this land with a total transaction price of 1.438 billion yuan. The Xi'an New City plot belongs to a subway complex with a net land area of 63464 square meters. It is a mixed use land of "commercial+residential" and is located north of Changle Middle Road, west of Wanshou Road, and adjacent to the "Happiness Forest Belt", a key project in Shaanxi Province and the new business card of the ancient capital Xi'an, on the east side. The location advantage is significant. In the future, Intime Land Group will invest over 10 billion yuan and plan to build a high-end TOD urban complex with a total construction area of about 780000 square meters, integrating hotels, commercial areas, residential areas, apartments, corporate headquarters offices, and a happy forest belt seamlessly.
