On December 12th, Yintai Commercial Group reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Jinghu District Government Platform Golden Travel Company and Wuhu Huayi Group, and Wuhu Yintai inPARK officially started construction. As the sixth Yintai inPARK project of Yintai Commercial Group in China, this marks an important step taken by the group in exploring the business model of urban parks. Wuhu Yintai inPARK rendering Wuhu Yintai inPARK is located in the core area of Wuhu city - Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, adjacent to Jiuzi Square and Jinghu Park. The commercial building area is 82000 square meters, and the corresponding commercial block area is 65800 square meters, and the Jinghu landscape area is 38200 square meters. Wuhu Yintai inPARK perfectly integrates natural ecology with commercial experience, creating a new commercial benchmark of "lake street integration". As an urban renewal project, Wuhu Yintai inPARK aims to create a "Wuhu Reception Room" that integrates lifestyle aesthetics, fashion quality, and urban fireworks while preserving local culture and customs in Wuhu, while introducing international perspectives and social elements. The project will upgrade Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street to become a modern commercial district that integrates cultural and tourism experiences, dining and cuisine, shopping and leisure, entertainment and social activities, and urban micro vacations. The completion of Wuhu Yintai inPARK will bring new commercial imagination space to the industry, form all-weather commercial attraction, and inject new vitality into the development of Wuhu urban commercial district. Yintai Commercial Group will continue to promote the development of new business models for urban parks through innovation and professionalism, bringing more diverse consumer experiences to urban life.
