10 On the 16th and 17th of the month, the third session of the "Leading Elite Training Camp" series of training "Win Win Leadership" of Intime Group was launched at Intime in77 in Hubin, Hangzhou. More than 40 middle and senior management cadres from the group headquarters, various secondary groups, directly affiliated companies and functional departments participated in this training. Recently, Yintai Culture and Tourism Group Yanmen Pass Scenic Area also organized employees to carry out training on "Innovative Leadership and Management Practice". The students closely focused on the development goals of local scenic spots, and conducted a systematic benchmarking analysis based on their own business characteristics, development status, team building, etc. They sorted out the themes, goals, ideas, and steps for future business transformation and development.
