During the one-month Feishu trial run, Yintai Group conducted multiple training sessions for and surveyed all levels of its subsidiaries and departments. All employees responded enthusiastically, and progress was made at various stages. Feishu’s back room data revealed that to date, 95% of the Group’s employees use Feishu to communicate for work purposes, and more than 53% use the system’s online Docs to complete their work daily. By means of Feishu’s online Meetings, the discussion objectives at meetings have become more focused, boosting meeting efficiency. Feishu’s knowledge base was used to construct the Group’s HQ system, which provided a quick and convenient search entry point to employees, enhancing system management standardization. The employee welfare sharing center, meanwhile, allows HQ employees to use robot self-service to quickly check all welfare items so that they can understand their service and benefit entitlements.
