Recently, Intime Commercial Group and Chengdu Airport City Development Group officially signed a project operation agreement. The first inPARK project in the southwest region, Chengdu Yixin Lake Intime inPARK, has entered the substantive operation preparation stage, marking a new milestone in Intime Commercial Group's strategic layout in the Chengdu Chongqing dual city economic circle.

The total construction area of Chengdu Yixinhu Yintai inPARK is about 215,000 square meters, which is a characteristic project of inPARK's product line.

Yixin Lake area, as a key high-end livable area in the south of Chengdu, boasts superior natural environment, complete living facilities, and thriving industrial potential. After the project is settled in, it will utilize the leading national brand resource matrix, mature operation management system, and cutting-edge spatial planning capabilities, with trend, light luxury, leisure, and social as the core positioning, to aggregate diverse new formats, and build a composite and dynamic commercial complex integrating shopping, catering, leisure and entertainment, ecological sightseeing, and urban socialization. In the future, the project will fully leverage the regional radiation effect, fully activate the consumption potential of the area, continue to enhance the regional commercial level, help Yixin Lake rise from a high-end livable highland to a new commercial center in the south of the city, and inject strong momentum into the construction of Chengdu as an international consumption center city.

On July 3rd, Intime Group and Beitou Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly create a world-class urban public vitality space - the Beijing Sixth Ring Road project, injecting new momentum into Beijing's urban renewal and high-quality development.

The Beijing Sixth Ring High tech Park project is located in the sub center of Beijing, relying on the former site of the Sixth Ring Road. It stretches approximately 14km from Luyuan North Street in the north to the Beijing Harbin Expressway in the south, connecting the five core functional areas of Songzhuang Art and Creativity Town, administrative office area, canal business area, urban green heart, and cultural tourism area. It has a unique geographical advantage.

Both parties will focus on the construction and operation of approximately 1.6 million square meters of garden green space, 230000 square meters of commercial building space, and the four lane system of the Beijing Sixth Ring High Line Park project in the future. Yintai Group will fully leverage its rich experience and resource advantages in the field of commercial operations, and work together with Beitou Group to create a new urban landmark that deeply integrates ecology and commerce.
