Ruijing AMC Jiangxi Ruijing Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “Ruijing AMC”) was incorporated in January 2018 upon the approval of the People’s government of Jiangxi Province, and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Jointly initiated and established by China Yintai Holdings (Yintai Group) and Ganzhou Development Investment Holding Group, it is Jiangxi Province’s second and Ganzhou City’s sole local asset management company (AMC). Its paid-in registered capital is RMB1.5 billion. Ruijing AMC adheres to the strategic positioning of serving the real economy. It engages in the core business of acquiring and disposing non-performing assets to bail out troubled companies, assist local governments in effectively resolving financial risks, and promote the healthy development of physical businesses.To date,Ruijing AMC had managed approximately RMB82.8 billion worth of assets in aggregate, acquired distressed debt amounting to RMB82.2 billion, and resolved close to RMB24 billion worth of debt risk.
