Leasing Manager

1. Responsible for promoting the leasing of office building projects and achieving personal performance targets; 2. Responsible for developing potential customers, conducting customer visits, business negotiations, and contract signing related work; 3. Responsible for communicating and liaising with rental agencies to increase the frequency of customer visits; 4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in real estate management, marketing, or related fields; 2. More than 5 years of experience in leasing Grade A office buildings; 3. Familiar with the office rental industry in Shanghai and surrounding areas; 4. Honest and responsible, possessing certain teamwork, organizational and coordination skills, as well as market development abilities, strong execution and stress resistance.
