Investment Manager

1. Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis on strategic emerging industries such as intelligent manufacturing and information technology; 2. Responsible for searching and screening high-quality equity projects, conducting due diligence on equity investment projects, building profit forecasts and valuation models, completing project approval and investment proposal writing, and other investment execution work; 3. Responsible for post investment management of equity investment projects, including project tracking, information disclosure, exit plans, etc; 4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Graduates from well-known domestic and foreign universities, with a full-time graduate degree or above, must hold a fund industry qualification certificate, have a background in engineering, and CPA/CFA certificates are preferred; 2. More than 5 years of work experience in well-known equity investment institutions, with a deep understanding of strategic emerging fields such as high-end manufacturing, information technology, and new energy and materials. Led one or more related industry project investments, able to independently carry out project mining and investment analysis work; 3. Having a solid foundation in finance and financial investment, able to independently conduct financial analysis, profit forecasting, and valuation modeling for investment projects; 4. Honest and down-to-earth, meticulous in work, possessing excellent teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
