Deeply mourn for Xie Zhenyu, Director and General Manager of Intime Resources

On September 8, 2017, Mr. Xie Zhenyu, Director and General Manager of Yintai Resources (000975. SZ) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Yintai Investment Co., Ltd., passed away due to illness after unsuccessful rescue efforts during his inspection and guidance work at its subsidiary Qinghai Dachaidan Mining Co., Ltd. He was 54 years old.
On the morning of September 12th, Yintai Resources Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Geological Survey Tenth Institute jointly held a memorial service and body farewell ceremony for Mr. Xie Zhenyu in Chifeng City. Xin Xiangdong, Vice Chairman of Intime Group, attended the memorial service on behalf of Intime Group, expressing deep condolences to Mr. Xie Zhenyu and offering condolences to his family.  

Mr. Xie Zhenyu was appointed as a director of Intime Resources Co., Ltd. in February 2013 and as the company's general manager in June 2016. During his tenure, Mr. Xie Zhenyu fulfilled his duties diligently and conscientiously, fulfilling his duties and obligations as a director and executive of the company. He often goes deep into the production line to work with employees to study technology and solve practical problems at the grassroots level, which is deeply loved by employees. His style and spirit have greatly promoted the innovation and progress of production management and technical management. He led the enterprise to win a series of honorary titles such as Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's "May Day Labor Award", "Worker Pioneer", "A-level Credit Taxpayer", and "Outstanding Contribution Industrial Enterprise" in Xilingol League, making great contributions to the company's development. In the case of diabetes and altitude sickness, he went to Dachaidan Mining for inspection and guidance many times, regardless of his own safety. Unfortunately, he died in the production line.
The passing of Mr. Xie Zhenyu has caused us to lose a good colleague and friend. Although he has passed away from us, his diligent and selfless spirit of dedication, his willingness to explore and innovate, and his noble character of being upright, sincere, and loyal are still worth learning from, remembering, and inheriting.
Mr. Xie Zhenyu's life is a life of struggle, innovation, and dedication. Yintai Group deeply appreciates Mr. Xie Zhenyu's unremitting efforts and extraordinary contributions to the company during his tenure. We deeply regret Mr. Xie Zhenyu's passing and express our deepest condolences. We also offer our sincerest condolences to Mr. Xie Zhenyu's family.

Currently, Yintai Resources Co., Ltd. is operating normally. In the future, we will turn grief into strength, inherit Mr. Xie Zhenyu's legacy, constantly forge ahead, and create new achievements to comfort Mr. Xie Zhenyu's spirit in heaven.
