On the morning of September 29th, Yintai Resources Dong'an Gold Mine, a key industrial project in Heilongjiang Province, was officially put into trial operation in Xunke County and held a grand production ceremony. The rock gold deposit has a total ore reserve of 2.766 million tons with recoverable economic value, and is currently one of the most abundant gold deposits with proven reserves in Heilongjiang Province.

On May 16, 2016, Eldorado Gold Company announced that it had reached an agreement with Yintai Resources, a subsidiary of China Yintai Investment Co., Ltd. The equity transfer of Dong'an Gold Mine was completed on November 22, 2016, and Yintai Resources officially settled in the mine. Heihe Lock has also officially become a member of Yintai Resources Co., Ltd. Dong'an Gold Mine is a key industrial project in the province and city. The mining area has abundant gold and silver ore reserves and peripheral deep prospective reserves, with huge development potential. The project fully met all the required construction requirements on May 25th of this year. It is reported that the total investment of Dong'an Gold Mine is 829 million yuan, with an annual processing capacity of 148500 tons of raw ore. After completion, the average annual production of gold is 1421 kilograms, silver is 6938 kilograms, and the annual output value is about 450 million yuan. It is expected that after the project reaches its production capacity, the main business revenue will be 282 million yuan, the profit will be 152 million yuan, the tax revenue will be 39 million yuan, and approximately 250 new employees will be added.
