Case 4: Zhejiang University Education Foundation

The country is established by talent, politics is governed by talent, and industry is developed by talent. To do a good job in legislative work under the new situation and ensure the quality of legislation, the talent team is the key. Since 2020, with the support of Yintai Public Welfare Foundation, Zhejiang Legislative Research Institute and Zhejiang University Legislative Research Institute, together with Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, have been committed to promoting the construction of the legislative discipline. After more than a year of unremitting efforts, they have been approved to establish a second level discipline of law and recruit master's and doctoral students in the field of legislative law from all over the country. The aim is to actively respond to the needs of national opposition legal theory research and talent cultivation in the new era, practice the concept of protecting economic and social development by law, continuously explore and promote legislative work to better serve the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
