On February 1st, Nandu Property Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nandu Property), invested by Intime Group, successfully listed on the A-share market and officially went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code 603506, becoming the first property service enterprise in China to list on the A-share market. As the first generation of independent third-party property service enterprises registered and established in China and the first batch in Zhejiang Province, Nandu Property adjusted its strategy and took the lead in going public in 2006.
