Together with Professor Pei Changhong, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a renowned economist, they discussed "How to Build a Digital China and Strengthen Zhejiang's Digital Economy".

In this year's government work report, for the first time, people praised the high-speed rail network, e-commerce, mobile payment and sharing economy, which are known as the "four new inventions". Technological innovation, China's creation, and digital economy have also become hot topics of discussion among the representatives and committee members. What role will the digital economy play in future economic development? On the show, Shen Guojun stated that in the past, coal, gold, silver, and other resources were widely recognized as scarce, and in the future, data will also be a scarce resource.

In building a modern economic system, Zhejiang Province has taken the digital economy as its core and is at the forefront of the country. Regarding this, Shen Guojun stated that this is due to the emphasis placed by the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Government on the digital economy industry, field, and direction, as well as the solid foundation of numerous small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises and small and micro innovative enterprises that Zhejiang currently possesses.

For how Zhejiang can grow and strengthen its digital economy in the future, Shen Guojun suggests that firstly, it should make good use of the existing basic and big data platforms, while accelerating the cultivation of new data platforms. Secondly, the provincial party committee and government will continue to support the innovation and entrepreneurship of Zhejiang entrepreneurs, and increase efforts to attract talents. Shen Guojun stated that in the future, the digital economy in Zhejiang Province will definitely take it to a higher level.
