Statement on the incident of employees consuming wild animals

Last night, online self media reported that Shen Jianping, Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77 and General Manager of China Merchants Center under our group, engaged in improper behavior of consuming wild protected animal pangolins during his private overseas trip. After verification by the company and myself, the situation is true.

For many years, Intime Group has always strived to give back to society, focused on assuming social responsibility, and continuously promoted the cultivation of public welfare talents and environmental protection through the Intime Charity Foundation. The occurrence of this incident has exposed the negligence and loopholes in employee behavior management and value education of Intime Group. We sincerely apologize and pay tribute to all sectors of society, especially animal protectionists and environmentalists who actively promote ecological civilization progress. For the employees involved, Intime Group will terminate their labor contract relationship in accordance with relevant national laws and Intime Group's internal systems and regulations.

This incident has sounded the alarm for Intime Group. We will immediately launch an internal self-examination action within the group. If similar problems that are not conducive to ecological environment protection are found in the daily operation of the enterprise and the daily life of employees, we will immediately rectify them, never tolerate them, and resolutely prevent such incidents from happening again.
