Yintai Group and Lishui City have reached cooperation intentions in various aspects such as ecotourism

On June 14th, Intime Group and the Lishui Municipal Government of Zhejiang Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Lishui venue of the Zhejiang Province Grand Garden Construction Mobilization and Deployment Meeting. Both parties will jointly promote the development of the ecological tourism industry in Lishui, and cooperate in the construction of business centers, the development of medical and leisure projects, and public welfare funds. Zhang Bing, Secretary of the Lishui Municipal Party Committee, Wu Xiaodong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Lin Liang, Standing Committee Member of the Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, and Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group, attended the ceremony. At the main venue of the mobilization and deployment meeting for the construction of the Zhejiang Grand Garden, Zhejiang Governor Yuan Jiajun stated that the Grand Garden is not only the Grand Garden of Zhejiang, but also the Grand Garden of the Yangtze River Delta and the whole country. The construction of the Grand Garden should follow the goals and tasks set in the provincial Grand Garden Construction Action Plan, with a good start in 2018, a leading position in 2022, and a model in 2035, to build a high-quality "Poetry and Painting Zhejiang". The construction scope covers the entire province, with the core areas being Quzhou City and Lishui City.

This cooperation with Intime Group is an important part of the comprehensive implementation of the action plan for the construction of the Grand Garden in Lishui City. Yintai Group will actively contribute to promoting high-quality development and creating high-quality life in Lishui City. According to the agreement, Intime Group will actively assist Lishui in promoting the creation of national parks and 5A scenic spots. The first batch of tourism cooperation development projects includes the Liandu Ancient Weir Painting Township Scenic Area and the Jinyun Xiandu Scenic Area (including Jinyun Wanghu Mountain Villa and Grotto Hotel), and gradually expands to other tourism project development cooperation through the cooperation of the two projects; Yintai Group will also fully leverage its advantages in the commercial real estate field, take the lead in developing the Lishui Jiangbin Business Center block, construct high-quality Lishui landmarks, enhance urban quality, and jointly create a business complex in southwestern Zhejiang; Yintai Group will assist Lishui in collaborating to create a medical, elderly, and leisure destination, especially in the planning and layout of Gucheng Island and Sidu Block, which will be based on the principles of "living, tourism, and wellness" and the integration of "life and ecology". The focus will be on developing ecological vacation tourism, characteristic cultural performances, health and wellness treatments, and other business formats. In addition, Lishui will strengthen cooperation with the Taohuayuan Ecological Protection Foundation initiated by Shen Guojun, Chairman of Intime Group, to ensure that Lishui's most valuable ecological products receive the best protection, development, and utilization. In mid April this year, Shen Guojun, Chairman of Intime Group, went to Xiandu Scenic Area in Lishui City for on-site inspection, laying the foundation for this important cooperation.
