Shen Guojun said, "The policy measures proposed at this symposium have solved major problems in the development of private enterprises and have profound strategic significance, such as reducing the tax and fee burden on enterprises, solving the problem of difficult and expensive financing for private enterprises, and creating a fair competition environment. They are all very targeted. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China urgently needs the private economy, thinks what the private economy thinks, and creates a good environment for the development of the non-public economy. In this situation, private enterprises have the responsibility and obligation to follow the requirements of the General Secretary, jointly stabilize the expectations of economic development, and should play their flexible and innovative characteristics. They should not only not 'leave', but also do a more solid job in enterprise transformation, with no distractions. Efforts should be made to innovate and transform, and to achieve the goal of serving the country through industry
