Beijing Yintai Center has been awarded the Six Star Super Grade A Building Certification

Recently, Chaoyang District held a conference on "Optimizing the Business Environment in Action" and released the "Beijing CBD Building Quality Grading Evaluation Standards" at the conference. By drawing on multiple domestic and international building evaluation systems, the Beijing CBD Management Committee has innovatively proposed six evaluation modules, including "site selection and building design" and "energy conservation and equipment management", to scientifically quantify the construction and operation of buildings using 73 questions. After strict review through multiple stages such as initial review, re review, final review, and on-site visits, Beijing Yintai Center and seven other buildings stood out from over 50 participating projects and were awarded the Six Star Super Grade A Building Award.

As an important component of the large-scale urban complex Beijing Intime Center, Intime office buildings have high-quality infrastructure and supporting facilities. The total construction area of Yintai office building is 76672.11 square meters, with a height of 186 meters and a total of 52 floors. There are two large underground parking lots. Due to its close proximity to Guomao Bridge and the fact that Beijing Yintai Center was connected to subway entrances and exits from the beginning of its construction, both above ground and underground transportation are very convenient. The Intime office building is connected to other supporting facilities such as the Beijing Park Hyatt Hotel, the Beijing Intime Center in01 shopping center, and Intime apartments within the Intime Center, efficiently meeting the needs of high-end business people for work, leisure, shopping, and accommodation. At present, Yintai office buildings have been recognized by numerous Fortune 500 companies, strong financial institutions, internationally renowned law firms, consulting firms, and domestic enterprises with excellent backgrounds to be incorporated into their offices.

Yintai Office Building has long attached great importance to the green operation and maintenance of buildings. Based on the initial good design concept and construction foundation, Beijing Yintai Center began to establish a unified system integration and operation platform in 2016. The energy management and control platform is one of its main functions, which also integrates security, fire management, and other functions, and implements the renovation project of weak current systems such as outdoor intelligent lighting and energy metering instrument system installation. All of these have been put into use since 2017. The energy management and control platform can provide effective energy efficiency data services for management decision-makers. Through data analysis and mining, it can provide auxiliary decision support for energy consumption issues in building use while maintaining high service standards. In 2017, Beijing Intime Center applied for LEED-EB O+M certification for evaluating "green property management and operation maintenance of existing buildings", and was awarded LEED v4 Platinum certification in November 2017, successfully entering the ranks of green and environmentally friendly building demonstration projects and becoming the first super high-rise complex project in China to obtain LEED-EB O+M v4 Platinum certification.

In addition, Intime office buildings place great emphasis on providing convenient conditions for tenants in their daily operations, constantly improving service details. In order to optimize the office environment of the building, since 2016, Beijing Yintai Center has invested in hiring a professional express delivery management team called "O Butler" to be responsible for the collection and distribution of tenant express delivery, effectively solving the "last 100 meters" express delivery service problem, improving the convenience and safety of the project, and also improving the traffic congestion around the building caused by disorderly parking of express delivery vehicles.

Before the release of the "Beijing CBD Building Quality Grading Evaluation Standards", the building evaluation system in the market was chaotic, with vague standards and significant objective differences between foreign standards and current industry development directions, customer needs, and other factors. After the release of the "Beijing CBD Building Quality Grading Evaluation Standards", each standard is clear at a glance, and each building can have a clear understanding of its own advantages and disadvantages, so that each building can improve its own projects, upgrade and renovate, and keep up with the times. The promulgation of the "Standard" has effectively promoted the healthy and rapid development of the office building industry, laying a solid foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of CBD industrial space and the secondary takeoff of regional economy.
