Yintai Culture and Tourism Group actively promotes the first cooperation project in Fangyan Scenic Area

On August 9th, Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province held a discussion meeting on the architectural design scheme of the transfer center in Fangyan Scenic Area. This is the first project after the cooperation between Yintai Culture and Tourism Group and Fangyan Scenic Area.

According to the design plan, the transfer center of Fangyan Scenic Area will be adjacent to Fangyan Avenue, integrating multiple functions such as hotels, characteristic businesses, cultural exhibitions, parking services, etc., aiming to create a high-quality scenic area welcome portal with regional characteristics, showcasing the charm of the scenic area, and reflecting the service level.

The design plan will combine the regional characteristics of Fangyan Scenic Area, with the concept of "green building, green ecology, and green operation", to create a "smart transportation, smart life, and smart center" system. The architectural features will also use modern techniques to interpret Chinese tradition, taking the five peaks and the continuous undulations of the sloping roof as the meaning, forming a landmark gateway building of Fangyan.

Fangyan Scenic Area is the third national level scenic area under mixed ownership reform that Yintai Culture and Tourism Group has entered into operation, following two 5A level scenic spots, Xuedou Mountain in Xikou, Zhejiang and Yanmen Pass in Shanxi. Yintai Culture and Tourism Group will combine the creation of 5A scenic spots, optimize tourism routes and products, enhance tourism infrastructure, build scenic area transfer centers and transportation systems, increase tourism accommodation formats, layout information systems, and build Fangyan Scenic Area into a smart tourism scenic spot.
