Yintai Public Welfare Foundation Donates Special Support for Legislative Research

On November 4th, the founding ceremony and donation ceremony of the Council of Zhejiang Legislative Research Institute was held in Hangzhou. Yintai Group and four other units jointly donated to the Zhejiang University Education Foundation to provide special support for the development and construction of the Legislative Research Institute. Zhao Guangjun, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

On the same day, the meeting elected Comrade Wang Huizhong, Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the 12th Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, as the Chairman of the First Council of Zhejiang Legislative Research Institute, and Liu Liwei, Luo Weidong, and Shao Xiaofeng as Vice Chairmen.

Yintai Group, Alibaba Group, AUX Group, Zhejiang Tianze Law Firm and other units jointly donated to the Zhejiang University Education Foundation to provide special support for the development and construction of the Legislative Research Institute.

Zhejiang Legislative Research Institute was jointly established by the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and Zhejiang University in January 2018. Its aim is to closely focus on the new situation, tasks, and requirements of local legislation in the new era, focus on key areas and issues of legislation, strengthen legislative theory and practical research, actively participate in legislative project services, carry out legislative talent training, and provide high-quality services and intellectual support for local legislation.
