The second Yintai City on Qiandao Lake is under construction

On April 23rd, Chun'an County, Hangzhou City held the 2020 key project concentrated construction and the groundbreaking ceremony for the Qiandao Lake Yintai City (Xincheng Store) commercial complex, including multiple projects such as the Qiandao Lake Yintai City (Xincheng Store) commercial complex project.  

According to Lai Mingcheng, member of the Standing Committee of Chun'an County Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor, in 2020, there were 80 key projects in Chun'an County, including 68 implemented projects with a total investment of 23.357 billion yuan. At the groundbreaking ceremony, 10 projects were launched as the first batch of projects, among which the Qiandao Lake Yintai City (New City Store) project is a commercial complex integrating office, commercial, catering, fitness, and leisure, dedicated to creating a new landmark in the city.

Qiandao Lake Yintai City (New City Store) is located in the Pingshan area of the Economic Development Zone (Qingxi New City), covering an area of 175.95 acres with a total construction area of approximately 378900 square meters, of which the commercial shopping center covers an area of 71.2 acres with a construction area of approximately 78000 square meters.

2019 In December of the year, the Qiandao Lake Yintai City (Square Store) built by Yintai Land Group officially opened. As the first large-scale urban commercial complex project in Chun'an County, Qiandao Lake Yintai City (Plaza Store) has introduced about 100 well-known brands at home and abroad, including nearly 50 brands that first entered Chun'an, such as Chow Tai Fook, Watsons, Belle, etc. The layout of business types includes light catering, fast fashion, sports and leisure, tourism service center, tourism products, business banquets, large cinemas, etc., which fills the gap of Chun'an large-scale urban commercial complex, and integrates into the local characteristic industries of Qiandao Lake, bringing new consumption and lifestyle to Chun'an people, as well as providing a new place for local tourists to relax, entertain and shop.

In the future, with the completion of the second Yintai City in Chun'an, the local commercial comprehensive service projects will be further enriched, which can further meet the consumption, leisure, entertainment and other needs of Chun'an citizens and local tourists.
