The second Intime City will be born in Xihu District, Hangzhou. On April 28th, Intime Group teamed up with Hangzhou Xihu Investment Group to win two plots of land in Zhijiang Resort.

The Zhijiang Resort, where the plot is located, is an important battlefield for the government's development plan to support the river. The plan clearly states that Zhijiang Resort will focus on developing industries such as leisure tourism, cultural creativity, information economy, and financial services. Here, the natural landscape resources are superior (it is the first generation villa and luxury residential area in Hangzhou), the culture is abundant (there are higher art institutions such as China Academy of Fine Arts and Zhejiang Conservatory of Music in the area), and new industries are flourishing (Yunqi Town, which is led by cloud ecology, is located here), but it lacks an influential complex.

Yintai Group and Xihu Investment Group have collaborated to develop two plots of land into a large-scale complex integrating shopping centers, high-quality offices, commercial streets, and large flat floors, filling the gap of large-scale commercial complexes in the region, revitalizing regional development, and bringing a higher quality of life to regional residents.
