Hangzhou Guojun officially launches asset operation and management for Chengdu Yintai City

On May 6th, Hangzhou Guojun, an asset operation and management company under Intime Land Group, officially launched asset operation and management for Chengdu Intime City. As a result, the self owned property of approximately 180000 square meters of office buildings and parking lots in Chengdu Yintai City will be managed by Hangzhou Guojun.

Chengdu Yintai City is a self owned property of Yintai Land Group. The development cycle has ended and it has entered the stage of self owned operation of office buildings and parking lots.
