In 2016, Yintai Public Welfare Foundation and Taohuayuan Foundation jointly launched the "Blue Pioneer" project, focusing on talent cultivation in China's marine field. The plan is to train 100 marine public welfare talents and incubate 20 marine public welfare institutions within 10 years. At present, the project has been carried out in three phases and has trained more than 60 students in total.
