Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77 and Chengxi Yintai City have been included in the Zhejiang Province Smart Business District

Recently, Zhejiang Province released the "Provincial Smart Business District Pilot List" and "Provincial Smart Business District Cultivation List", among which Hangzhou Hubin Business District was shortlisted for the Zhejiang Province Smart Business District Pilot List, and Hangzhou Chengxi Yintai City Business District was included in the cultivation list.

The two shopping malls under Intime Commercial Group, Hangzhou Hubin Intime in77 and Hangzhou Chengxi Intime City, are located in the core positions of the two shortlisted smart business districts.

2020 On the basis of city recommendations, after expert review, social publicity, and extensive solicitation of opinions from relevant units, 12 commercial districts including Hangzhou Hubin Commercial District were identified as pilot units for smart commercial districts in Zhejiang Province, and 8 commercial districts including Hangzhou Chengxi Yintai Commercial District were identified as cultivation units for smart commercial districts in Zhejiang Province.

It is understood that the pilot and cultivation work of smart commercial districts will provide residents, tourists, consumers, and businesses with a safer, more convenient, comfortable, and trustworthy living environment, consumption environment, and business environment through the intelligent transformation of people, goods, and venue facilities within the commercial district.
