Beijing Yintai Public Welfare Foundation is eligible for pre tax deduction of charitable donations for the years 2020-2022

Recently, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau, the Beijing Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, and the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau jointly issued the "Announcement on the Second Batch of Pre tax Deduction Eligibility List for Public Welfare Social Organizations Donations in Beijing for 2020-2022" (Jing Cai Shui [2021] No. 775), and the Beijing Yintai Public Welfare Foundation obtained the pre tax deduction qualification for public welfare donations for 2020-2022.

According to relevant regulations, natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations who donate property through the Beijing Yintai Public Welfare Foundation for charitable activities can enjoy tax incentives in accordance with the law.
