The expert review panel of CBD Building Alliance visited Beijing Yintai Center

On June 2nd, the expert review panel of CBD Building Alliance visited Beijing Yintai Center for on-site assessment and evaluation of the 2020 CBD building quality grading evaluation.

The expert group successively inspected and visited the management areas such as the peripheral park, parking lot, facility and equipment room of Beijing Intime Center, as well as the public areas, vacant units, and refuge floors of Intime office buildings. The responsible persons of various management areas of Intime Center provided detailed introductions to the expert group on site.

Subsequently, the expert group had a discussion with the management team of Beijing Yintai Real Estate Co., Ltd., exchanged questions one by one during the on-site inspection, and highly affirmed the overall quality of Beijing Yintai Center.

Beijing Intime Center was awarded the Beijing CBD Building Quality Level Certification Six Star Super Grade A Building in 2018. In the future, we will continue to build high-quality commercial buildings in the CBD area and provide tenants with better professional property management services.
