In 2018, it was rated as a super Grade A building, and in recent years, the project quality has been continuously improved, with a series of optimizations made in energy conservation and emission reduction, VAV air conditioning system, green property construction, green lease management, building party building, and other aspects.
"Beijing CBD building quality grading evaluation scientifically quantifies the current construction and operation of buildings, which has positive guiding significance for improving building quality. ”Li Jie, General Manager of Beijing Yintai Real Estate, told reporters that under the guidance of the building evaluation system, an emergency rescue system has been established, and Red Cross experts have been hired to provide "emergency rescue training" to employees. Currently, 12 people have obtained ambulance certificates, and the public spaces of the building are equipped with AED external defibrillators.
The relevant person in charge of CBD Building Alliance stated that by participating in quality grading evaluation, buildings can understand their own strengths and weaknesses, and improve project quality through upgrading and renovation.
