Feishu officially launched, Yintai Group's digital management has begun a comprehensive upgrade

12 On the morning of the 15th of the month, the official launch conference of Yintai Group's Feishu system was held in Beijing. The founder and chairman of Intime Group, Shen Guojun, group executives, and all employees attended the meeting.

During the one month preheating period of the Feishu project, Intime Group has conducted multiple training sessions and research interviews with its subsidiaries and departments at all levels. With the active response of all employees, phased results have been achieved. According to Feishu backend data, as of now, 95% of employees use Feishu for work communication every day, and over 53% of employees use Feishu online documents to complete work. In addition, many other modules have also begun to play a role:


  • Feishu online meetings: make the purpose of meeting discussions more focused and achieve improved meeting efficiency;
  • Feishu Knowledge Base: Building a group headquarters system, providing employees with a fast and convenient search entry, and improving the standardization level of system management;
  • Employee Welfare Sharing Center: Headquarters employees can quickly check all welfare projects through self-service robots, understand the service benefits that employees have, and feel the culture of Yintai Love Together;


Today is just the beginning. With the assistance of Feishu, Intime Group will continue to deepen the construction of an integrated platform for enterprise collaboration and office, comprehensively improve office collaboration efficiency and organizational effectiveness, achieve management efficiency improvement and enterprise flattening, and make new contributions to enhancing the digital management level of the group and serving all employees.

It is worth noting that during this month, a service team played an important role in helping employees get started using Feishu faster, and that is the "Yintai Feishu Promotion Ambassador". To ensure that "no one is left behind" during the use of the new tool, the group has innovatively established a team of 79 promotion ambassadors covering all departments of the group, using departments as the fulcrum to leverage efficiency improvement and practical implementation. At the conference, the outstanding Feishu promotion ambassador and innovative team of Intime Group were commended.



The introduction of Feishu Collaborative Platform this time is a major breakthrough for Intime Group in implementing its digital management strategy. While using advanced tools, the OKR (Objectives Management) methodology has also been introduced to accelerate the efficiency of enterprise management. In the future, Intime Group will use Feishu to create more automated internal service platforms, achieve efficient knowledge accumulation within the organization, further improve management level, and promote business innovation.
