Yintai Group has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Bank of China Zhejiang Branch
On January 18, 2022, Intime Group and Bank of China Zhejiang Branch signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. The two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as credit, deposits, fund settlement, overseas business linkage, integrated business, and personal finance.

Bank of China Zhejiang Branch regards Intime Group as one of its most important customers and fully supports its development. It plans to provide RMB 20 billion in multi product credit services to Intime Group and its holding subsidiaries, including but not limited to short-term and medium to long-term working capital loans, bank acceptance bills, domestic and foreign letters of credit, supply chain financing, guarantees, project financing, fixed asset loans, syndicated loans, entrusted loans, domestic and foreign merger and acquisition loans, equity financing, trade financing, gold leasing and other financing products.

Zhejiang Branch is a first tier branch of Bank of China, with a global network of institutions and service resources, full licenses for financial institutions, and advantages in internationalization, comprehensiveness, and groupization. It provides comprehensive financial services to global customers, including commercial banking, investment banking, financial market business, and insurance business.
