Yintai Group's investment company Bona Film went public
On August 18th, Bona Film, a subsidiary of Intime Group, was officially listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The issuance price of Bona Film is 5.03 yuan per share. As of the close, Bona Film's stock closed at 7.24 yuan per share, up 43.94%, with a total market value of 9.952 billion yuan.

According to the official website of Bona Film, the company has produced more than 250 films, ranking first among Chinese private film companies in terms of the number of films produced for more than ten consecutive years, with a cumulative total box office of over 40 billion yuan, ranking among the top three Chinese private film companies in terms of box office.
In recent years, Bona Film has produced box office hits with main themes such as "Changjin Lake", "Changjin Lake Water Gate Bridge", "Chinese Captain", "Fire Hero", "Me and My Motherland", and "Operation Red Sea". In the 2021 China Film Box Office Rankings, "Changjin Lake" ranked first with a box office of 5.772 billion yuan, and is also the current box office champion in Chinese film history.

In addition to investing in Bona Film, several commercial projects under Intime Group also have long-term and close cooperation with cinemas under Bona Film.
Bona Film is the second company in Yintai Group's portfolio to successfully go public this year, following Huitongda.
In recent years, Intime Group has invested in more than 80 companies with a total investment amount of over 20 billion yuan, committed to promoting technological innovation and industrial transformation. Among them, 15 companies have grown into "unicorns" with a valuation of over 1 billion US dollars, and more than 10 companies have completed IPOs.
