Yintai Commercial Management Group aims to create a park style commercial district with trendy art, comprehensively implementing the upgrading and transformation of the district, strengthening the brand matrix, and introducing the world's first concept store COCA-COLA, the first trend collection store in China that gathers over 100 light luxury trendy brands, the first Song Yun Cultural Experience Hall in China, and numerous first stores in Zhejiang.
As a cover level masterpiece paying tribute to Finnish modern architecture master Alvar Aalto, the main building of Linping Yintai inPARK is based on retro red bricks, supplemented by black carbon gray I-beams, creating a collision between historical sense and modern art. The project fully utilizes the two major attributes of "open blocks" and "parks" to create 8 new natural social spaces such as "outdoor campsites", "pet parks", and "Citywalk urban greenways", carrying the personalized and differentiated lifestyle consumption needs of different circles.

In the future, Linping Yintai inPARK will continue to use trendy art as its growth force, actively building a trendy cultural and social ecosystem that integrates "performing arts curation+community gathering+quality life", creating a new commercial landmark where young trends converge, innovative business formats emerge, and international big brands gather, demonstrating "youthful power" and leading the upgrading and renewal of urban level and lifestyle.
