2024 From June 20th to 22nd, the second "Unity Class" management cadre training of Intime Group was successfully held in Chengdu. This training session is divided into six parts: team integration, excellent sharing, thematic focus, external perspective, project visit, and achievement display. A total of 24 students participated in the training. Shen Guojun, founder and chairman of the group, Han Xuegao, president of the group, Tian Yuan, vice president of the group and president of Yintai Jiye, and Cui Lijun, general manager of the financial management department of the group headquarters, gave wonderful lectures to the students.

Team Integration

Competition and competition challenges; Speed 99

In the team integration stage, this episode of the Unity Class has created the "Speed 99" team building game, which integrates corporate culture, development milestones, and collaborative games. All students formed six groups through facial recognition, self portrait, drawing lots to form teams, and showcasing their talents. Each group was fully engaged, engaged in intelligence and courage, raced against time, and engaged in intense battles, demonstrating the spirit of unity and striving for excellence of the Yintai people. They quickly completed the team's ice breaking and communication integration.

Excellent Sharing

Simple, responsible, and innovative; Establish a new business model

In the excellent sharing session, Mr. Shen led all the students to review the development process of Intime, comprehensively summarized the five stages of Intime's development, and analyzed and interpreted the current economic situation and macro policies based on industry insights and Intime's growth experience, making research and judgments on future development trends. In the interactive communication session, Mr. Shen interacted with the students on topics such as "how to introduce Intime, what we did right, and what good investments Intime has", and put forward clear requirements for Intime cadres from three aspects: emphasizing learning ability, expanding thinking mode, and improving comprehensive quality, encouraging everyone to clarify direction, learning methods, and increase wisdom.

Special focus on management improvement

In the special focus section, Mr. Han elaborated on the company's development strategy and the business strategies of each department of the group, emphasizing the management focus and precautions in the steady development process of the company. He also shared his understanding of corporate culture and thoughts on leadership with practical cases, encouraging Yintai cadres to "look in the mirror" and "look out the window", dare to take responsibility, and make good decisions.

Mr. Tian's lecture combines the development history of commercial real estate and the current situation of the asset management industry, with a focus on sharing the refined management, digital empowerment, brand upgrading, and capitalization exploration carried out by Yintai Jiye in asset management practice.

Mr. Cui's lecture closely combined with actual project cases, mainly explaining in detail the feasibility estimation and risk control points of the project from the aspects of valuation methods, cash flow, and the impact of taxes on net present value estimation.

External perspective AI thinking

In the external perspective section, this training course invites experts to teach "Frontiers and Innovative Applications of AI Technology". The teacher organized various groups of students to participate in AI/AIGC scenario grouping and innovative application co creation through sharing cutting-edge AI and application cases, teaching core tools and expert skills, expanding students' horizons, and enhancing their innovative thinking.

Experience sharing of project visits

During the project visit, Liu Ke, General Manager of Yintai Jiye Sichuan Regional Company, and Tang Kai, General Manager of Yintai Commercial Management Southwest Chengdu in99 Project, respectively explained and shared the project situation, business status, operation strategy, and future prospects of Chengdu Yintai Center Light Asset Project and in99 Project, and led the students to conduct on-site visits and interactive exchanges.

In the achievement presentation session, all students focused on two themes: "Reflections on the Future Portrait of Intime" and "How to Innovate and Explore in Practical Work in the Age of Artificial Intelligence". Within 99 seconds, they summarized and reported their learning experiences and gains, and successfully completed the graduation.
