Intime Group wins bid for Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City site

On March 31st, Intime Group successfully won the YH090703-05, YH090703-03, and YH090706-04 plots of Future Science and Technology City in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, with a total transaction price of 1.33688 billion yuan.

The plot is located at the southern end of the core area of Hangzhou's important new urban center, with a land area of approximately 193400 square meters (290 acres), adjacent to Yuhang International Sports Center and Hangzhou Future International Performing Arts Center.

As the core area of scientific and technological innovation in Hangzhou and even Zhejiang Province, the Future Science and Technology City is the core carrier for Hangzhou to transition from the "West Lake Era" to the "Qiantang River Era" and then to the "West City Science and Technology Innovation Era". It is also the economic engine of Yuhang District. Yintai Group will collaborate with Yuhang Urban Investment Group to invest billions of yuan in the planning and construction of a high-end TOD urban complex with a total construction area of approximately 600000 square meters, creating a landmark phenomenal commercial flagship.

This project will integrate diverse and complex urban commercial living spaces with urban micro vacations and a new social ecology for young people. Through a chain reaction of "business empowering industries, consumption attracting talents, and scene activating innovation", it will bring new consumption patterns and lifestyles. After completion, it will become a key support for Yuhang to build an important new center and a billion dollar commercial district in Hangzhou.
