Yintai Hangzhou New Center Project lays foundation and sets sail

On July 29th, the groundbreaking ceremony for Yintai Hangzhou New Center project was held at the core plot (central axis) of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City. Leaders and guests from Yuhang Urban Investment Group and Intime Group attended the event to witness the official launch of the Intime Hangzhou New Center project.

The relevant leaders jointly laid the foundation for the Yintai Hangzhou New Center project. The project is located at the southern end of the important new center core area (central axis) of Hangzhou, with a land area of approximately 193400 square meters (about 290 acres). The project is jointly developed by Yintai Group and Yuhang Urban Investment Group, with an investment of billions of yuan, to build a high-end TOD urban complex with a total construction area of about 600000 square meters, aiming to create a new commercial model for the future.

As a key construction project in Hangzhou, Intime Hangzhou New CenterAfter completion, the project will serve over 300000 high-end talents in the future technology city area, becoming a key support for Yuhang District to build an important new center and billion dollar commercial district in Hangzhou, and creating another "golden business card" for Hangzhou to go global!!
