On May 4th, according to the announcement of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government at the 2014 City wide Development of the Real Economy Conference, Intime Commercial (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Intime Commercial") was selected as one of the top 500 private enterprises in China for two consecutive years in 2012 and 2013. Among them, it ranked 191st in 2012 and 180th in 2013.
According to the company's financial report released in March, Yintai Commercial achieved sales revenue of 15.69 billion yuan in 2013, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%; Net profit increased to 1.065 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 9.5%.
In recent years, guided by the development strategy of "multi format and multi brand", Intime Commercial has accelerated its penetration and layout in the national market, and has initially achieved a transformation from a single department store model to a consumer solution provider integrating department store retail, shopping centers, and e-commerce.
