2014 In June of the year, based on the vision of the long-term development of human resources in China's public welfare field and the promotion of professionalization and specialization of public welfare talents, Peking University, Peking University Guanghua School of Management, China Yintai Investment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Yintai Public Welfare Foundation jointly launched the Master's Program in Social Public Welfare Management to cultivate professional management talents in the field of social welfare. This master's program aims to cultivate senior management talents or social entrepreneurs who possess a sense of social responsibility, innovation consciousness, management ability, and practical ability, and are committed to dedicating themselves to social welfare undertakings; The project will provide students with comprehensive knowledge reserves and ability training, enabling them to become professional management talents in social welfare institutions, non-governmental organizations, corporate social responsibility departments, and related fields such as social innovation. The project is full-time and the study period is 2 years. The first year is full-time study, and the second year is weekend modular study.
