At the meeting, Chen Xiaodong gave a speech with the theme of "Okay to Okay - Digital Yintai in the era of retail reform", shared the experience of Yintai's practice and exploration in the Internet field, and for the first time introduced the current business distribution of Yintai's business in the O2O field, with emphasis on Yintai Bao, an important product of cooperation and innovation with Alibaba.

In the sharing, Chen Xiaodong talked about the detours that Intime has taken in exploring the O2O field in recent years. He hopes that traditional enterprises will not think that O2O is a panacea, and the premise is to do well first. "O2O is actually Okay to Okay, no matter what you do, you must first do well. ”

In the past few years, Yintai Commerce has put down the original asset oriented model and decentralization with the idea of "taking off suits and ties", accelerated its innovative development with the Internet thinking, and developed multiple channels from opening wifi in stores, developing Yintai website, to offline physical stores such as Infinite Yintai. "You can call it O2O, you can call it omni channel, but I think the correct term is pan channel. It should be a closed loop, but originally we made it into many open loops. ”

He said, 'Don't just see O2O as a planning activity to attract new customers. It is more important to serve your customers in six aspects of commercial retail, which is why we have cooperated with Alibaba.'. ”

When talking about the cooperation with Alibaba, he said that Alibaba is currently the second largest shareholder of Intime Commercial and has established a joint venture to develop O2O. "The next cooperation is actually more important to digitize each link on a joint venture platform and form an O2O system. ”
