Yintai Group's 2015 "Acceleration" Leadership Training Program Officially Opened

2015 On March 20th, 2015, Yintai Group officially launched its "Acceleration" leadership training program. The first batch of 20 students from various subsidiaries of Intime Group gathered in Beijing and spent four days of study together.

Mr. Shen Guojun, Chairman of Intime Group, Mr. Chen Xiaodong, CEO, and 20 executives from various business sectors attended the opening ceremony. At the opening ceremony, Mr. Shen Guojun shared how to become an excellent manager at Yintai, analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of current management personnel at all levels, and put forward expectations and requirements for management personnel.

“ The "Acceleration" leadership training is an important component of Intime Enterprise University, mainly aimed at senior management personnel of Intime Group. In 2014, a total of 100 students participated in the training, and the training received unanimous praise from both the students and the group executives. In 2015, the human resources department of the group headquarters, in collaboration with training institutions, further deepened the "Acceleration" course into two stages, each lasting 4 days. Through a "4+4" approach that combines face-to-face classroom teaching with project practice, the course aims to enhance the leadership skills of management personnel.
