4 On the 15th of the month, the Yintai Group's 2015 Spring Table Tennis Tournament, which had lasted for nearly a month, came to a successful conclusion. This competition has received positive response and strong support from various business sectors of the group. As soon as the registration news was announced, many table tennis enthusiasts were eager to try their hand and look forward to showcasing their talents in the competition.

In order to expand participation in the competition, break the restrictions between business sectors, and consider the regional nature of organizational work, this competition adopts three more flexible organizational methods: inter regional integration, intra regional integration, and individual regional companies organizing separately.

Integration between tectonic plates in the same region

The organizer of the group has divided the competition areas into Beijing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu and other regions nationwide, encouraging companies from different business sectors in the same area to jointly organize competitions and promote communication and integration between sectors.

Huzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Xi'an and other competition areas only have one business sector, but have multiple subordinate units. The competition method adopts internal selection by each unit, and the winner then competes with other units for the championship trophy.

There is only one Yintai subsidiary company in Xianning, Fuyang, Zhoushan, Cixi and other regions. Although the number of people is not large and there is no competition between sister companies, the atmosphere of the competition is still lively.
