On November 7th, Che Jun, Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, conducted a special investigation at the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. Zhao Yide, Secretary of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, Chen Jinbiao, Secretary General of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, and other leaders accompanied the investigation. Shen Guojun, Executive Chairman of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Yintai Group, reported to Secretary Che Jun on the main work done by the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in economic cooperation and collaboration. Jack Ma, President of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, and Zheng Yumin, Secretary General of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, attended the research meeting and delivered speeches.

Secretary Che Jun fully affirmed the achievements of the Zhejiang Merchants Association and hoped that it would continue to work hard to serve, lead, and unite Zhejiang merchants. He urged the association to be a good family member of Zhejiang merchants, build a bridge to serve local development, actively promote the return of Zhejiang merchants, guide enterprises to accelerate transformation and upgrading, and play a greater role in the construction of the "two high-level" projects in the province.

Shen Guojun stated that the provincial party committee and government have always given high recognition and care to Zhejiang merchants. Secretary Che Jun once pointed out that "Zhejiang merchants are the most precious and promising strategic resources in Zhejiang", which greatly encouraged us. Since its establishment two years ago, under the leadership of President Jack Ma, the Zhejiang Merchants Association has continuously expanded its influence nationwide and globally. We have also been following Governor Yuan's requirements and striving to explore ways to build the Zhejiang Business Organization into a larger economic entity in various fields. Specifically, we have done the following work.

One is to strengthen organizational construction. The association is currently focusing on building links and communication platforms with local governments in various provinces and cities. It has formed good interactions with provinces and cities such as Yunnan, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Ningxia, Shanxi, Jilin, and Chongqing, and the results of the interactions have been significant. At the same time, in the process of interacting and communicating with local governments, we also uphold the purpose of serving Zhejiang merchants, and build a platform for communication, exchange, and resource docking for local Zhejiang merchants.

The second is to unite the Zhejiang business community. At present, the association has established more than ten specialized committees, including the Big Health Committee, Investment and Finance Committee, New Media Committee, etc., fully leveraging the platform role of these committees, guided by the industry, forming a strong driving force, and uniting Zhejiang merchants through these platforms.

The third is to create a new model for Zhejiang merchants to return. Secretary Che has repeatedly instructed Zhejiang merchants to explore and create new models for their return. The Zhejiang Merchants Association has always made promoting the "return of Zhejiang merchants" a key focus of work, constantly researching and exploring new models of "return of Zhejiang merchants" based on the "government attracting Zhejiang merchants" and "Zhejiang merchants attracting Zhejiang merchants".

The fourth is to continue to improve the service functions of the association and build a Zhejiang business economy. The Zhejiang Merchants Association will fully leverage its role as a bridge and link, create more specialized committee platforms, promote communication and interaction between the government and enterprises, society and enterprises, and enterprises, and contribute to the growth and strength of Zhejiang merchants and the economic development of Zhejiang.
