Shen Guojun was invited to inspect the Hainan Island Tour Road project and attend an expert seminar

On June 20-21, the Hainan Island Tour Road Inspection Activity and Expert Seminar were successfully held. Ding Shijiang, Director of the Hainan Provincial Planning Commission, presided over the seminar. Officials from the Provincial Policy Research Office, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Tourism Commission, Provincial Department of Transportation, Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, Provincial Department of Forestry, Provincial Department of Ecological Environment Protection, Provincial Department of Land and Resources, Provincial Transportation Holding Company, as well as more than ten well-known experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs in the fields of architecture, planning, tourism, etc. from home and abroad attended the seminar. Yintai Group Chairman Shen Guojun was invited to conduct on-site inspections of the project and attend a seminar in the local area, providing advice and suggestions for the planning and construction of the Hainan Island Tourism Highway.

This event is organized and held by the Hainan Provincial Planning Commission in accordance with the relevant instructions and requirements of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Government on "gathering top-level wisdom, doing a good job in the top-level design of the planning and construction of the circular tourism highway, and turning it into a landmark business card of Hainan". The two-day event mainly inspected and discussed the selection of routes and landscape design for the circular tourism highway, as well as the functional configuration and architectural design of the station site selection.

In the inspection segment on the 20th, Shen Guojun and the inspection team successively inspected the selection of routes and stations for the Wenchang demonstration section of the island tourism highway, the selection of RV campsites, the Shamei Neihai Station in Boao, Qionghai City, and the selection of routes and station sites for the Shanqin Bay tourism highway in Wanning City.

At the seminar, Ding Shijiang, director of the Hainan Provincial Planning Commission, introduced that the demonstration section of the roundabout highway needs to be repeatedly studied, the layout plan and development mode of the relay stations need to be refined, and the upgrading of existing scenic spots along the route and the planning and development of new scenic spots need to be studied. To establish an expert advisory group and fully leverage the guiding role of expert advisors in the planning and construction of the circular tourism road.

Shen Guojun stated at the seminar that it is recommended to plan and design the Hainan Island Tour Road from three perspectives: users, operations, and implementation. One is to consider the needs of the young middle class from the perspective of users, by gathering and creating beautiful and unique tourism resources, planning and designing fully functional supporting facilities, integrating leading platforms for new technology applications, and cultivating and supporting innovation in emerging industries to create attractive products; Secondly, from the perspective of operation, we should emphasize "more fast, better, and more cost-effective": there are "many" highlights in planning and design, "faster" progress in the process, "good" reputation for tourism experience, and "less" investment and construction costs; Thirdly, from the perspective of implementation, it is recommended to build a platform for coordinated cooperation, draw a beautiful blueprint, form a passionate team, and create products that pursue taste and environmental protection with classic and practical design concepts. I believe that the construction of the roundabout highway can promote the improvement of the intelligence level of Hainan's tourism industry, and become the first and world leading roundabout tourism in China.

The Hainan Island Tourism Highway Plan takes the tourism highway as the "line", and will simultaneously build green cycling and walking trails, connecting 50 scenic spots and 50 tourist stations, creating a "pearl necklace" of the Hainan Island coastline. The highway is a self driving and slow driving system with complete supporting service facilities and high level of intelligence. It is planned to attract about one-third of tourists in the province after completion.
