Yintai Group's series of training activities officially launched

In order to enhance employees' professional skills and strengthen their understanding of the group's business, a series of training activities organized by the Human Resources Department of Intime Group were officially launched on June 29th. The first course theme is "Thinking and Expressing through Structure", aiming to enhance employees' logical and expressive abilities. More than 30 management cadres and employees from Yintai Group Headquarters, Yintai Land Group, and Yintai Real Estate participated in this course training.

During the training process, through in-depth analysis of actual cases, students deeply understood how to clarify logic and form rigorous structured thinking habits and ways of thinking. Through innovative teaching methods combining group discussions with on-site practical exercises, students quickly mastered the structural points, logical sequence, and expression skills in business communication, work reporting, and even daily communication.

This training course has practical guidance significance for employees' actual work, and students have expressed that they have benefited greatly. In the future, the Group's Human Resources Department will organize multiple courses covering general vocational skills, public welfare, law, basic human resources knowledge, and business operation management. The training content will be integrated with daily work and have strong practical value.
