Yintai Group's' Leading Elite Training Camp 'opens

On August 23-24, the "Leading Elite Training Camp" series of training for Intime Group was officially launched in Beijing. More than 40 middle and senior management cadres from the group headquarters, various secondary groups, directly affiliated companies, and functional departments participated in the first course "Innovative Leadership and Management Practice".

This training camp focuses on breaking business boundaries, cultivating cadres' cross disciplinary, transferable, and transferable management and leadership abilities from dimensions such as innovative leadership and practice, transformational leadership, win-win cooperation, and non authority personal influence, helping them continuously improve their management level and better lead various companies forward.

Through the two-day course, the students systematically learned about innovative thinking and methodology.
