Yintai Group's' Leading Elite Training Camp 'focuses on transformation and enhancing innovation capabilities

From September 19th to 20th, the second session of the "Leading Elite Training Camp" series of training on "Change Leadership" for Intime Group was held in Intime City, west of Hangzhou. More than 40 middle and senior management cadres from the group headquarters, various secondary groups, directly affiliated companies, and functional departments participated in this training.

This course focuses on cultivating change thinking and change ability, emphasizing practical training through examples to enable managers to continuously optimize business structure, adjust management methods and organizational structure in the fierce market competition, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the group.

During the two-day training, the students closely focused on the development goals of Intime Group, and conducted a systematic benchmarking analysis based on their own business characteristics, development status, and team building. They sorted out the themes, goals, ideas, and steps for future business transformation and development.

Students have expressed that the content of this course is closely related to practice, and will implement the change themes and goals discussed in class in specific work, continuously improve the team's awareness of change and development, consolidate and further expand Yintai Group's long-term innovative development achievements.

In addition, the students actively applied what they learned and transferred the exciting content from the series of training to a wider range of training and dissemination.
