How does the company survive and develop? ——Yintai's' Leading Elite Training Camp 'forges managers' ability to win globally
Yintai Group's "Leading Elite Training Camp" once again welcomes the enthusiasm of students for learning.
On November 19-20, the fourth training session "Winning in the Whole - Manager Management Sandbox Simulation" was held at Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77. More than 40 middle and senior management cadres from the group headquarters, various secondary groups, directly affiliated companies, and functional departments participated in this training session, focusing on the core issue of "how the company can survive and develop", and engaged in intense learning discussions and simulation practices.

This training introduces classic courses from global business management teaching, aiming to provide students with intuitive experience of the actual operation of enterprises through simulating the process of business decision-making. By "dealing with actual business problems", it strengthens employees' global understanding of enterprise operation and management, thereby enhancing their leadership transfer ability and global decision-making ability in daily work.

In the two-day business war simulation sandbox class, each student was guided by financial indicators and played an important role in the simulated company. As CEO, CFO, marketing sales, operations or procurement, they simulated a full 12 cycle enterprise operation, dealt with "actual business problems", and experienced cruel and uncertain market changes.

After class, the students were still unsatisfied and were reviewing the management issues of their respective "companies". They all expressed that they had gained a lot from the sand table simulation course, which allowed them to step out of their usual work scope and thinking perspective, stand at a higher position, and grasp the overall operation mechanism of the enterprise with a more macro and long-term perspective.
In addition to these "brain teasers", this training camp also actively innovates by holding a "West Lake Co creation" brainstorming session with the goal of discovering operational blind spots and solving practical problems. Students step out of the classroom and delve into the front lines of shopping centers, conducting on-site research and troubleshooting from the perspectives of ordinary consumers and partners.

The students were sharp eyed and discovered over 30 unresolved size issues. Afterwards, everyone enthusiastically discussed and carefully examined the current operational management status of Hubin Yintai in77 and Hubin Pedestrian Street, and proposed targeted and rational solutions. Many problems are solved or implemented on the spot, and problems that cannot be solved in the short term also form a follow-up process for tracking and solving.
The content of this training is particularly meaningful in the current market situation, allowing students to have a higher sensitivity to practical business issues. I believe that in future work, everyone will be able to better integrate the company's development goals and practical needs, enhance strategic execution ability and overall decision-making ability.
