Yintai Group's "Leading Elite Training Camp" has officially concluded

12 On the 19th and 20th of the month, the "Navigation Elite Training Camp" welcomed the final course "Non Power Influence". This course teaches how leaders can use personal character, knowledge, wisdom, talent, experience, and personal charm in management work to inspire others' work enthusiasm in a way that is more easily accepted by others, in order to achieve organizational goals. After the course, the "Navigation Elite Training Camp" also held a closing ceremony.

In order to effectively enhance the comprehensive management ability and leadership level of Yintai Group's management personnel, and promote the implementation of the group's development strategy of innovation and transformation, Yintai Group has specially organized the "Leading Elite Training Camp". This training camp offers five series of courses, including "Innovative Leadership and Management Practice", "Transformational Leadership", "Win Win Leadership", "Win in the Whole - Manager Management Sandbox Simulation", and "Non Authority Influence", focusing on systematic and continuous training on key elements in enhancing manager leadership. Each course is carefully designed, inviting the best mentors in the industry or field. Through a combination of classroom lectures and interactive practical exercises, it breaks down business boundaries and allows participants to practice hands-on and systematically consolidate their comprehensive management skills that can be transferred across fields from a higher perspective.

During the course, the trainees had a positive attitude and engaged in extensive discussions and exchanges based on their actual work. During this period, many popular course contents were quickly internalized and transferred, and widely promoted in secondary industry groups and directly affiliated companies, creating a strong learning atmosphere within the company. The students also deepened their understanding of the various business lines of the group through joint learning, formed a camaraderie as classmates, and consolidated the consensus of common development in the Yintai family.
